Dr Clarke has been a practicing chiropractic in Nutley, NJ for 36 years and is the former 6 year President of the 2000 member Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC). During Dr. Clarke’s presidency, he led a 5  year effort to update New Jersey’s 53 year old chiropractic scope of practice, all the way to passage. Dr Clarke wrote and worked to pass the first in the nation Licensed Chiropractic Assistants (“LCA”) law. Dr. Clarke was the lead Out of Network plaintiff in a $30 million class action lawsuit with American Specialty Health Network (ASHN) and Cigna Insurance that settled in 2019.
