Dr. Cindy M. Howard is a board-certified Chiropractic Internist and Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Florida. She holds a fellowship from the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture and the International College of Chiropractors.  She currently maintains her private practice in Orland Park just south of Chicago for over 20 years while also running a consulting business focusing on clinical functional medicine and business communication to improve patient adherence and outcomes.  She also serves as a consultant for Neurosport Elite in Davie Florida working with professional and college athletes.

She is the current ACA Illinois Delegate, The President of the ACA College of Pharmacology and Toxicology and is a Past President of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders.  She currently teaches for the DABCI diplomate and is a professional International Speaker.  She serves on the Functional Medicine University board as well as Before the HIT, DJOR mouthguards, the Frankfort Falcons Youth Football Athletic Association and serves as an Editor for the Original Internist.   She was the recipient of the Flynn Lynch award for outstanding service and was the Illinois Chiropractic Society Chiropractor of the year in 2020.

Dr. Greenstein served as the Chiropractic Representative for the National Athletic Training Association, Inter-Association Task Force for Cervical Spine Injured Athletes, and the Maryland State Tae Kwon Do Association Medical Chairperson and team physician. Dr Clarke has been a practicing chiropractic in Nutley, NJ for 36 years and is the former 6 year President of the 2000 member Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC). During Dr. Clarke’s presidency, he led a 5  year effort to update New Jersey’s 53 year old chiropractic scope of practice, all the way to passage. Northwestern Medicine

Dr. Flatt started a private practice in St. Charles in 1991 and established a reputation of excellence within the medical community. In 2001, Dr. Flatt joined Greater Valley Medicine as the first chiropractic partner of this large medical practice and continued as a pioneer of medical integration when he was the first DC to become an employee of Cadence Physician Group in 2012. Dr. Flatt is now a member of the medical staff at Northwestern Medicine in St. Charles, Illinois.
