Dr. Greenstein is CEO of the Sport and Spine Companies – Sport and Spine Rehab, a six location practice in the Washington DC Metro region; Sport and Spine Athletics, Sport and Spine Rehab Clinical Research Foundation; and Kaizenovation® Lifestyle. Dr. Greenstein, is Chairman for the Council for Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP), is the Government Relations Chairman for the Chiropractic Summit, and is the World Olympians Scholarship Program Chairman. Dr. Greenstein served as a recommended provider for the National Football League Players Association for the Washington Redskins, and since 1997, has been the Official Team Chiropractor for the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders. Dr. Greenstein served as the Chiropractic Representative for the National Athletic Training Association, Inter-Association Task Force for Cervical Spine Injured Athletes, and the Maryland State Tae Kwon Do Association Medical Chairperson and team physician. Dr. Greenstein was selected to be the Chef de Mission for the International Sports Chiropractic Association to run the Chiropractic Sports Center at the World Olympians Association Reunion Center at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He served as a committee member for the Federation of International Chiropractic Sportive (FICS) research and finance committees from 2011-2014.
Dr. Greenstein is a sought out international speaker and consultant, teaching clinical guidelines, evidence based leadership, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Dr. Greenstein sits on multiple community and business advisory boards in healthcare, banking and information technology.
Brad Cost became the chief executive officer, president and owner of Infinedi in 1999. Cost is highly knowledgeable and a nationally sought-after resource within the healthcare and data analytics industry.

Prior to his role at Infinedi, he was the senior systems engineer at Oklahoma State University, his alma mater.

Cost currently sits on the board of governors for Oklahoma State University (OSU) and the associate’s board for the OSU Spears School of Business. He is active in training and educating providers about big data analytics on a national level.
Dr. Tim Bertelsman, DC, CCSP, FACO, graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic with honors and has been practicing in Belleville, Illinois, since 1992. He is a board-certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a Diplomate of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists. He has lectured nationally on various clinical and business topics and has been published extensively. He is a post-graduate instructor for the University of Bridgeport Orthopedic Diplomate program and is a member of the NCMIC Speakers’ Bureau. Dr. Bertelsman was selected as the Illinois Chiropractic Society Chiropractor of the Year in 2019. He has served in various leadership positions within the Illinois Chiropractic Society, including president of the executive board.

After several years of running a successful practice in Rochester, NY, Dr. Pedley moved on to a radiology residency at National University of Health Sciences and then to a visiting radiology fellowship at Duke University. She currently runs a radiology consulting practice for MR imaging centers in Redlands, CA. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and is the past President of the American Chiropractic College of Radiology.
Dr. Flatt started a private practice in St. Charles in 1991 and established a reputation of excellence within the medical community. In 2001, Dr. Flatt joined Greater Valley Medicine as the first chiropractic partner of this large medical practice and continued as a pioneer of medical integration when he was the first DC to become an employee of Cadence Physician Group in 2012. Dr. Flatt is now a member of the medical staff at Northwestern Medicine in St. Charles, Illinois.
Dr. Flatt has published dozens of professional articles and has served in various leadership positions within the Illinois Chiropractic Society, beginning as Northern district president and ultimately serving as President of the executive board.
Steven Jaffe has litigated a wide variety of civil matters, from both the defense and plaintiff sides, throughout Florida and nationwide since 1984. His practice areas include personal injury, class action, medical malpractice, breach of contract, consumer fraud, long-term care insurance and complex commercial cases.
Steven started his practice in the criminal arena, trying more than 20 cases to verdict over two years in the state attorney’s office. He then transitioned to civil litigation as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, representing the interests of insurance companies. Steven then began representing individual and corporate plaintiffs in numerous types of civil actions for 30 years. He tried personal injury cases throughout South Florida until transitioning into handling class actions for the past 17 years in various Federal courts throughout the country, including cases involving personal injury protection insurance (PIP).
Now, a Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator with one of Florida’s earliest and most recognized mediation firms, Upchurch, Watson, White, and Max, Steve has taken part in more than 600 mediations, bringing parties to litigation together in the dispute resolution process. Steven’s extensive litigation practice, coupled with his philanthropic work and involvement in more than a dozen professional, charitable and civic organizations, has provided him a unique ability to understand people and to understand every side of a civil case, making mediation a natural fit in his post-litigation career.
Kimberly A. Driggers is the owner of Driggers Law, PA, where she represents the Florida Chiropractic Association as its Assistant General Counsel and serves as one of their Lobbyists. For the prior twenty-plus years, Ms. Driggers was in private practice in Orlando and Tallahassee, Florida, initially representing the interests of insurance companies in their defense of injury and insurance claims. After a number of years and for the majority of her practice, she put her insurance knowledge to use in representing medical providers, injured patients, and homeowners in the denial of insurance benefits, litigating insurance claims in courts throughout Florida.
Ms. Driggers is well known in the area of Personal Injury Protection insurance law (No-Fault or PIP insurance) and has authored numerous articles, testifies regularly in the Florida Legislature, and lectures for the Florida Chiropractic Association throughout the State of Florida. She is a longstanding member of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys.
In August 2019, Ms. Driggers became the first Non-Chiropractor and seventh woman since 1963, to be elected to the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the international testing agency for the chiropractic profession that develops, administers and scores standardized exams for the chiropractic profession.
She received her B.A. in Psychology Magna Cum Laude from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1990. Ms. Driggers attended the Florida State University College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 1994.
