Description

Writing a patient care plan (treatment plan) is a very crucial part of a patients documentation. Most third party payers and Medicare require a documented patient care plan in the patients file. However, having a good patient care plan can also help: staff with scheduling, coding, billing, patient compliance, and the doctor's future documentation. This webinar will discuss how to document the three parts of a patient care plan and discuss how a good care plan assist the doctor and staff to provide better care for the patient and increase an offices overall revenue.
