Clinton M. Smith, DC, ME is a Federal Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. He has been providing physicals to the essential truck and school bus drivers since the early 1990s. He was also one of twelve clinicians that developed the Federal training and testing material mandated for examiners to become certified in this powerful field of practice. He has trained in person or via his online training system over 10,000 examiners in all the medical fields. Dr. Clinton Smith is a 1988 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Eastern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University for his undergraduate training. He specializes in lower back, neck and joint pain and has an interest in employer services to include DOT physicals, employee physical performance evaluations and drug testing.
