Medical record laws are continually changing. Federal laws, state laws, and court cases converge in the chiropractic physician's office when dealing with our legal responsibilities and requirements regarding medical records. How long do we keep records? When can a patient request records? Are we obligated to give the records? How long do we have? How much can I charge? He is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Certified Leadership Series through the Illinois Society of Association Executives. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Association Executives, serves on the Board of Directors for the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations, and is currently the Chairman of the Leadership Committee for the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan.
