Dr. William Moreau, DC, DACBSP, FACSM, is a leading expert in chiropractic sports medicine with over 40 years of clinical experience. As CEO of the NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center, he has advanced evidence-guided care and contributed extensively to clinical research.
Dr. Moreau served as Director of Clinics and later Vice President of Sports Medicine at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), overseeing medical services for Olympic and Paralympic athletes. He made history as the only Doctor of Chiropractic to serve as Chief Medical Officer for Team USA at both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
He founded the U.S. Coalition for the Prevention of Illness and Injury in Sport—one of only eleven IOC-recognized International Research Centers—and was appointed to the PASO Medical Commission in 2017.
