Description

Sleep is one of the most important aspects of our lives, but many people suffer from some form of a sleep disorder. There are plenty of tips and tricks for better sleep habits - one of which is Chiropractic care.  In this presentation, we'll review how the spine relates to essential biological functions including breathing, balance, and rest.  We will discuss the role of sleep in recovery from stress for better physical and mental performance.  You will learn to recognize the implications of posture in achieving quality sleep and how chiropractic care supports a proactive approach to maintaining health.   If your body isn't getting the oxygen it needs you're not getting the sleep you need.  The chiropractic perspective offers unique value to mastering sleep and raising the healthcare standard from pain relief to entire body relaxation and stimulation of blood flow and proper circulation.
