Dr. Mike Carberry, DC, is an entrepreneur, author, and public speaker. After an accident occurred that changed the course of his life, Dr. Carberry decided to pursue chiropractic practice. A graduate of Life, he is a nationally sought-after speaker on topics ranging from business to health care, economics, and the opioid crisis. He can be found regularly hosting the AMI Today podcast and has delivered continuing education on medical necessity. In his recently published book, The “Death of American Healthcare,” he provides a fearless description of how we are part of a pill-based healthcare system that created the opioid crisis and that there is a cure to all this. As co-founder of Advanced Medical Integration, Dr. Carberry is forwarding a model of responsible pain management by helping businesses dominate local, regional, and national markets. As AMI’s visionary leader, his mission is to help end the Opioid Crisis in the U.S. through healthcare reform.
James Demetrious, DC, DABCO, is a nationally distinguished board-certified chiropractic orthopedist recognized for his expertise in clinical risk management, evidence-based care, and advanced diagnostic assessment. He is a Diplomate of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (formally the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists).
Dr. Demetrious is known for his scholarly contributions to chiropractic literature. He has published peer-reviewed articles that emphasize differential diagnosis and clinical excellence. He has lectured extensively at national conferences, educating professionals on advancements in chiropractic and best practices.
Throughout his career, Dr. Demetrious has remained committed to advancing the chiropractic profession through education, research, and clinical practice, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader and advocate.
Dr. Jay Greenstein is the CEO of Kaizo Health, KaizoX, and Kaizenovate®, organizations focused on clinical care, research, technology, and business performance. A graduate of the University of Maryland, National College of Chiropractic, and Logan College of Chiropractic, he is a recognized leader in sports chiropractic, evidence-based care, and healthcare innovation.
Dr. Greenstein has served as the Official Team Chiropractor for the Washington Commanders Cheerleaders since 1997 and has worked with the NFL Players Association and Washington Valor. He led chiropractic services at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and has held leadership roles with organizations such as CCGPP, FICS, and the Chiropractic Summit.
An award-winning practitioner and widely published speaker, Dr. Greenstein lectures internationally on chiropractic, leadership, and healthcare technology. He’s also known for his work in patient-centered care, quality assurance, and organizational development.
Dr. Cindy M. Howard is a board-certified Chiropractic Internist and Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Florida. She holds a fellowship from the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture and the International College of Chiropractors. She currently maintains her private practice in Orland Park just south of Chicago for over 20 years while also running a consulting business focusing on clinical functional medicine and business communication to improve patient adherence and outcomes. She also serves as a consultant for Neurosport Elite in Davie Florida working with professional and college athletes.
She is the current ACA Illinois Delegate, The President of the ACA College of Pharmacology and Toxicology and is a Past President of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders. She currently teaches for the DABCI diplomate and is a professional International Speaker. She serves on the Functional Medicine University board as well as Before the HIT, DJOR mouthguards, the Frankfort Falcons Youth Football Athletic Association and serves as an Editor for the Original Internist. She was the recipient of the Flynn Lynch award for outstanding service and was the Illinois Chiropractic Society Chiropractor of the year in 2020.
