Dr. Glaser holds a doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is the founder and CEO of Sole Supports, Inc. He was in private practice for 13 years before dedicating all of his energies to the development of his MASS Posture Theory and Orthotic Design. He has earned a substantial national and international reputation for re-visioning and re-engineering foot orthotics and the way practitioners can significantly correct poor biomechanics in the foot and lower extremity and ultimately the entire body.
Dr. Marty Kotlar is the President of Target Coding. Dr. Kotlar has owned and operated a successful chiropractic multi-specialty practice. He began his consulting career with a special emphasis on CPT coding, billing, reimbursement, documentation, and compliance for chiropractic and multi-specialty facilities.
He has provided valuable nationwide educational seminars and consulting to over 3,500 healthcare providers and their staff members.
Dr. Kotlar is Certified in CPT Coding, a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and American Academy of Professional Coders.
Dr. Erin Ruof is the chief chiropractic radiologist at Quinlan Imaging Consultation, specializing in providing detailed reports for the chiropractic physician.
In 2013, Dr. Ruof was certified by the American Board of Chiropractic Radiology. She is currently the vice president of the American Chiropractic College of Radiology (ACCR) and is a prior?board member of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (ACBR).? Dr. Ruof is also a committee member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. She is a former faculty member of National University of Health Sciences, in which she served as an attending clinician overseeing the last year of the students' clinical internship. Dr. Ruof has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine.

Dr. Farabaugh practiced in Columbus Ohio from 1982-2018. He continues to serve as the VP and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI) since 2015. He has held various positions in chiropractic: President of the Central Ohio Chiropractic Association and Ohio State Chiropractic Association (1996-1998); in 1994 he was appointed by Governor Voinovich-the Healthcare Quality Advisory Council (helped design work comp in Ohio); appointed by Governor Strickland to serve on the State Chiropractic Board from 2010 to 2014; 2012 (to present) appointed to serve on the Official Disability Guidelines Editorial Advisory Board (ODG); 2023 he was appointed to serve as Chairman of the American Chiropractic Association’s Research Advisory Board; 2000 to date: The Clinical Compass (formerly the Council for Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP), elected Chairman (2005); 2024 Appointed to serve on Scientific Commission of The Clinical Compass; 2014 Dr. Farabaugh was elected to serve on the board of the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) as a Councilor-Category II, representing clinicians and served until 2020. Dr. Farabaugh has been published ~15 times in peer reviewed journals, focused primarily on best practice/guideline topics. Dr. Farabaugh has provided expert opinion/testimony in over 100 malpractice cases in the US. He is also past Chairman of the Chiropractic Department of Columbus Community Hospital and helped establish one of the first free Chiropractic Clinics in the Columbus region via Vineyard of Columbus (2007).
Dr. Farabaugh was twice awarded both the OSCA President’s Award (1989, 2000) and Chiropractic of the Year Award (1990, 1996) and chosen Chiropractor of the Year in 2013 by the Central Ohio Chiropractic Association. He was selected for inclusion as Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors (2010).
