"The State of Illinois requiring this course for license renewal is a demonstration of implicit bias. They have a bias that we have a bias and that somehow that is wrong and bad and we have to fix. I think most doctors are mature enough to recognize their bias and that most can set that aside for the good of their patients. This is the classic example of making a rule to fix a problem that does not involve a majority. "

"I’m sure the presenter was well intended, but her delivery was flawed by poor grammar and incorrect word pronunciation, so much do that it was difficult to follow her content.
Additionally Her assertion that offices needed to focus on diversity did not take into effect that finding skilled staff of any demographic background is quite difficult to find. "
