"There needs to be better continuity in when the programs start. I am not blaming ICS on this it is the lack of respect in our own profession that when a class starts at 10 and you feel comfortable to walk in 5 min late in front of the speaker - totally classless and unprofessional.
So my only suggestion would be to have the ICS start ON time and that way it sets the tone.
It's too often that this happens and it's not just at an ICS event. "
