"One question was not represented properly as it was two answers on the slide and I only selected the first one listed. I continued to miss it. I just could not pass the exam even with the notes and I asked a staff member to help me while using the notes and the search feature to look up specific words in the questions. The best we could do is 66%. I did finally passed the exam after again searching using the feature to look up several words in the question. It took 45 minutes to pass."

"Too much to take in. This was a 1/2 day seminar condensed into an hour, with no application for comprehension. Too much too fast. Better to offer less and focus on mastering that smaller amount than giving too much to absorb. "
