"This talk was better than the first. I still find it frustrating that more specific detail isn't given about evaluating X-rays. (ex. the skol? line and what landmarks are used to evaluate). He also said that screenings aren't as reliable so we need to assess to determine risk, but then didn't say how. Most frustrating is the lack of support for adjustments in management. He refers to it as pain based but myself and other docs I know have had success reducing with adjustments"
