Bharon is currently serving the profession as the Executive Director of OneChiropractic. OneChiropractic is chiropractic’s most disruptive advocacy organization that is driven to challenge the status quo in the profession.
He considers himself chiropractic’s biggest groupie having served in the profession for 23 years. He has developed a unique “non-doctor” approach through ownership and management of numerous clinics. As a former consultant specializing in coding, documentation & compliance, Bharon has counseled over a thousand healthcare facilities and employers, evolving a profound understanding of the professional environment. His onsite method of consulting gave him the ability to diagnose and develop systems that most consultants miss. His management and consulting experience coupled with a strong background in psychology and communications has made him a compelling speaker, addressing many major events and earning accolades as “the most entertaining but educational speaker in the profession.” Not only has he become known for his speaking style but also his ability to work with all factions of the profession to bring unity and clarity of purpose.
He also served as the Executive Director of The Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA) for six years. This experience enabled him to facilitate a new model of State Association management. In his first year with the OSCA saw a 26% increase in membership. He developed a hands on approach to member benefits. Working with the members in their offices and helping them develop long term change and success. At the conclusion of this time with the OSCA the association saw a significant increase in membership, revenue and influence in the state of Ohio.
Hoag’s venture with OneChiropractic has ignited his passion and purpose. The mission of this organization is to create cultural authority, increase access and increase the value of the adjustment. Achieving these goals will make Chiropractic the #1 healthcare choice in the world
Melanie Bleem works with her husband Dr. Renold Bleem. They've worked side by side for nearly 25 years in the West Central Illinois town of Havana, IL. Melanie, early on, was admittedly self-taught. It was very much trial by fire in their new practice. As their practice grew Melanie went on to challenge herself. She went back to school, obtaining a Medical Coding Certificate from her local community college. She successfully sat for and passed the CPC, MCSP, CPB, CMRS, and CPCO. Melanie is passionate about billing and compliance as well as Chiropractic. She doesn't work as a DC in the industry, however, she does believe working as an office manager, part-owner, and compliance specialist is her calling and a career path in and of itself. Chiropractic is her career.
My point in saying Chiropractic is my career means you don't have to be a DC to be in this career. You can rephrase that or say it in your terms. I do believe Chiropractic is my chosen profession and I work in my capacity and strengths to support and champion it.

Jolie Patel has a master's degree in clinical psychology and is a former associate professor at the College of Lake County. In addition to teaching and counseling her work included contract negotiations and grant writing as well as a focus on training first year and adjunct faculty with teaching and learning pedagogy. Her doctoral course work is in leadership and policy studies. This background transfers well to her current career in chiropractic as the focus is on the whole person with a strong emphasis on wellness and preventative care. She currently manages Advanced Physical Medicine & Therapy in Mt Prospect, with her husband Dr. Vijay Patel. Her background translates well to focus on training and offers a development perspective both for staff and for the patients that form our office community.
Holly Jensen has served the chiropractic profession since 2002 as a CA and Office Manager where she oversaw the operations of Dr. Miles Bodzin’s Chiropractic Wellness Center in San Diego, CA. For almost two decades she has continued to serve the chiropractic community as a Professional Speaker and the Chief Operations Officer for Cash Practice® Systems, the software & training company founded by Dr. Bodzin. To date, she has trained thousands of DC’s and CA’s on how to successfully attract, enroll and retain more patients while skyrocketing cash collections.
