The Spine's Journey: Tailoring Pediatric Spinal Manipulation from Birth Through Age 12

This 2-hour lecture will explore the relationship between spinal anatomical and movement development from birth through walking, as well as how these changes influence our choice of force and technique for spinal manipulative therapy in the pediatric population through age 12. Reviewing recent published research on pediatric adjusting will help to create the framework for treatment plans including force, frequency, and duration of spinal manipulative therapy and expected outcomes in pediatric patient care.
