New ICD-10 guidelines require increased detail and specificity to support your code selection. Your Evaluation and Management (E&M) documentation will be scrutinized to determine medical necessity and the proper ICD-10 diagnosis codes. Dr. Fucinari will take you through some of the nuances of the new guidelines and introduce you to the NEW E&M and treatment plan guidelines which will be released by Medicare for October 1, 2015.
