Parts 1 and 2 laid the foundation for understanding the role of inflammation and the immune system along with ways to test and evaluate the patient’s current status. Now the fun part begins! Here we will discuss key herbs and nutritional support to resolve chronic issues related to this topic. We will look at what we can do to offer ongoing support to help our immune system respond effectively and minimize future problems. There is no need to be afraid of the outside world when true health comes from the inside out.
