Sharing, Blocking, and Chiropractic: A Cures Act Introduction
Length: 1 Hour

"The 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act), signed into law in 2016, is designed to help bring health care innovations to patients to provide more patient control in a value-based health system. The latest provision that impacts healthcare covers interoperability, information blocking, and other day-to-day operations that have an impact on the chiropractic practice.

This course is designed to provide attendees with a basic understanding of the new regulations, how requests will come, the responsibilities of you and other providers, and the incredibly positive impact it could have on the chiropractic profession. Don't miss this first presentation in the series to help you implement the Cures Act in your office."

This course was originally presented by Marc Abla, CAE on March 30, 2021.
