With the increasing demand for weight loss, functional medicine, and nutrition needs,  many offices are adding these services and others are ready to take the plunge, but not sure where or how to get started.   Adding these Cash Centers to a practice takes a specific plan and needs to be treated as a "Business within a Business"  We will focus on the business aspects of putting the basics in place and answer many of the following questions.  We will not be discussing disease processes and treatment protocols, but how to successfully implement these types of services.
