Spinal conditions are the backbone of chiropractic coding! (pun intended) ICD-10 codes explode the possibilities and increase the information doctors must record to support the condition. We'll outline some common and some not-so-common codes; look at dislocation, subluxation, and sprains and go the extra mile to check out common extra-spinal codes.
